On size 8 needles with cotton yarn
 

Cast on 40 stitches
Row 1-5 K40
Row 6-12 K5 P5 K5 P5 K5 P5 K5 P5
Row 13-19 P5 K5 P5 K5 P5 K5 P5 K5
Row 20-48 Repeat Rows 6-19 two times
Row 49- 53 K40
Cast off
