Yummy Summer Corn

Yummy Summer Corn





This dish can be made super quick, makes a great side to any meal, any time of the year! Can be made on the grill or in the oven.

Ingredients
4-8 ears of sweet corn (frozen, fresh dosen't matter!)
BUTTER! (as much or as little as you like, I use one good size pat per ear)
Sea Salt to taste
Rosemary
Tin Foil

For oven use: Preheat to 350. Use a cookie sheet with sides or shallow roasting pan, sometimes the butter will melt out and you dont' want a mess in your oven!

Cut a piece of tin foil for each ear of corn. Place the corn on tin foil sheet and sprinkle with sea salt and rosemary. Place a pat of butter in with the corn and wrap tightly. Repeat for each ear of corn.

Grill until tender or cook in the oven for approx 20 minutes. ENJOY!
